How skilled does the technician need to be to install SAT Track? SAT Track is shipped with an OBD harness which makes installation easy, fast, and economical. The installation does not require any special skills and should take 20 minutes or less. Technical support is available if any problems arise and the directions are very clear and simple to follow. Once installed, the unit has 3 LED’s that indicate the unit has power, a GPS signal and a cellular signal. If all three lights are lit, the installer instantly knows everything is working properly.  

What is the warranty for SAT Track? 3 years or 36,000 miles for the hardware, whichever comes first. 

What is the SAT Track guarantee? If the vehicle is not located within 24 hours, the customer will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the SAT Track unit, up to a maximum of $2,500.
